Monthly Dues

Monthly HOA dues are determined by the size of unit and are used to pay for city water/sewer/sanitation services, exterior insurance, security lighting, sprinklers, pool and clubhouse, common areas upkeep and landscaping, repairs (see responsibility chart under Maintenance), streets and parking, bookkeeping services, and legal fees.

Dues and Collection Policy

HOA dues are due on the first of each month and are considered late if not received by the 15th day of the month. Payments made after the 15th of the month are considered late and must be accompanied by a $25 late fee.
