Governing Documents and Forms

Each of the 74 units is privately owned, and each owner is a member of the Richardson Crossroads Condominium Association. Each unit is legally responsible for monthly dues to cover numerous operations of the complex. We are regulated by community Rules and Regulations, Bylaws (revised 2021), as well as a Master Deed, 1983 (pending revision). ​​
